Like most people, I began this journey in a search to find relief from the physical and emotional pain that weighted my life.

 

For years, I was taught to push away negativity and "think positive" when approaching difficulties. I was conditioned to fear and neglect my pain without trying to understand it. This pattern of avoidance brought me to my knees until I finally observed my pain with a compassionate, open heart.

I embarked on a journey to heal my

unconscious patterns, process my trapped emotions, work with my shadow, and fully embrace all the aspects of myself.

It is my honor to teach others the modalities that transformed me on my healing path. That is why I am a certified SIMRA practitioner and trained in various energy healing techniques. I am continuously growing and evolving, and as I do so I share my gifts with my community.
