I have had the privilege of sitting for three sessions with Mika. From the first to the most recent session with Mika, I have experienced profound catharsis and growth. Her energy work incorporates several aspects of energetic healing including parts work, meditation, visualization and so many others; throughout the experience, Mika puts you at ease.
She is a gifted healer who holds space and truly accepts you free of judgement, she meets you exactly where you are and gently guides you where you need to be. Mika provides safety, security, honesty and inspires trust during her sessions; all essential to a truly spiritually healing experience. As a result of my personal journey, the majority of work we have done together has been inner child healing. Although this was not the specific intention, in the past three sessions, these are the parts requiring the most attention.
Each session is bespoke, Mika seems to journey through the grounding meditation and healing session with a keen sense of intuition and guides you gently through some of the most emotionally charged events of your life in a safe, loving space. Constantly evolving and adapting with goal of providing the most beneficial healing experience, there is never a moment during a session where Mika does not hold you and help you to accept what is and acknowledge that you are absolutely what you needed, need and ever will need.
You experience heart-centered energetic healing, free of any personal agenda, sessions that are absolutely about you. Each time we sit in a session, it is evident Mika is constantly growing and evolving as a practitioner, it is evident she hones her gifts and seeks opportunities to expand and elevate her energetic signature in the world. The work you accomplish with Mika, at its core, improves your relationship with every aspect of yourself and by natural extension, your relationships universally. Her loving approach helps you to see yourself as she sees you, without the burdens of judgment, self-criticism and life-long programming, allowing healing to occur in fluidity, rather than through resistance. Working with Mika is transformative; the way she holds space while embodying unconditional love and teaching through example every step of the process provides the support necessary for acceptance, healing and growth.
